Our Story

Experience The Alimena Difference....

Alimena Limousine & Worldwide Transportation got its start from a young entrepreneur with a passion for cars and people. After graduating from Georgia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Eric Alimena began his career in entrepreneurship with Airborne Motorsports, a performance parts business that helped fund his passion for racing.

Through many unexpected twists and turns, Eric landed a part time job driving limousines for a small ground transportation provider in 2005. Eric saw an opportunity for professional, reliable, luxury transportation in Atlanta. With a focus on doing things legally, ethically and to provide exceptional customer service, Eric bought his first stretched limousine on March 1, 2007 and Alimena Limousine, LLC was created.

With the onset of ride-share companies entering today's market and a desire to stand out from other companies in the Atlanta market, Alimena Limousine made a decision to restructure the company and develop a premium brand. In September of 2014 the company began its transformation from Alimena Limousine to Alimena Limousine & Worldwide Transportation with a new focus, a new mission, a new vision and new vehicles. During 2015, the company created all new company statements, including a new purpose statement, mission statement, vision statement and The Alimena Standard Of Servanthood. Servanthood is the community culture of serving others, a critical cultural component to exceptional customer service and the foundation on how we operate. In 2015, the company also expanded operations worldwide, lead an initiative handing out over 1,000 care packs to people in need in Atlanta and created an employee plan that gives employees a clear plan for growth in the company. The next 2 years the company was honored by being a Finalist for the Gwinnett County Impact Awards and Gwinnett Chamber Pinnacle Awards. Eric Alimena was also elected to the Board of Directors of the Greater Atlanta Limousine Association in 2015 where he led initiatives to help other limousine companies thrive in Atlanta. In 2016 the restructure continued by bringing in experts to assess and drive the company forward with a new purpose centered around the idea of Making a Difference...
